Poor communication! Does not help or fight for her clients. You have to do all the work and then she gets upset when you call her out about it. Do not waste your time or money. Unprofessional! Whenever you call about an update on your case you get the response "Cindy is in court". She does not respond to emails or calls unless you get demanding. Then she will drop you as her client because she is not happy with you. Run!
Working with Cindy was a complete waste of time and money. She never communicates nor keeps you updated. If you call and ask for an update you always get Cindy is in court. It takes sending numerous emails before they will finally reply.
I wish I could give 0 stars..... Cindy Delgado was appointed the GAL of our case. My five year old daughter was taken and put in the hands of a neglectful and absent father for 4 years. I have 71 emails utilizing Our Family Wizard App to prove. Based on his lies of me not allowing him to see her and testimony from an estranged mother of mine, my five year old was sent 8 hours away to her dad for 6 months while Cindy “ investigated.” I was given 6 months of supervised visitation as if I am some neglectful drug doing mother. During that time, my child moved 4x, changed schools 2x without my knowledge and enlisting be as a mom, and countless police involvement due to my ex husband’s millionaire girlfriend/boss/paramour drunken assault on to my ex husband. Videos were taken by her own 10 and 12 year old child. Cindy neglected to do any investigation in Georgia about my child. Cindy Delgado anywhere near your case; not qualified by any means but is quick to send a bill 👍🏼
