What should have remained a divorce case was allowed to spiral into a criminal prosecution built on private recordings that never should have been admitted. He failed to challenge key evidence that was clearly obtained and submitted unlawfully. No motion to suppress, no forensic review, and no effort to keep out edited home videos used to misrepresent me. He ignored discovery obligations and never obtained the financial records that would have exposed hidden assets. My business and savings were lost while he did nothing. He allowed a restraining order to be expanded to include my children, cutting me off from them completely. Even after the order was later changed, I still have no contact with them.
