Taylor Mauro went to law school because she wanted to do work that mattered to real people, not just argue over paperwork. She began her career as a prosecutor, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas and Tarrant Counties, where she spent a lot of time in court handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. That kind of experience forces you to prepare, stay level-headed, and speak up when it counts—and Taylor brings that same approach to her civil litigation practice today. Taylor earned her J.D. from Baylor Law School, where she was recognized as a Public Interest Fellow, and she graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas with a degree in Political Science.
