Do not Pay Dana Upfront a complete waste of time. He sells you on his amazing talents then passes you off to his disgruntled or as he put it " Underpaid and Overworked " Staff... A complete waste of time and money I would rather have had a public defender that actually cared and showed up !!!!

Hired Law Firm

Avoid at all Costs $6500 Plus 25 Interest February 24, 2019 If Dana worked as hard as he did separating me from his fee $6500 plus 25 % as he did on my case I would be fine. Well after he didn't show up for court my first time ever in court. I knew I was in trouble. After I spoke to his less than reassuring staff I realized I made a terrible mistake. A complete nightmare. Find an Experienced Lawyer and ask for references, not these online love fests. Never pay $6500 up
