Samantha Elledge is the worst thing to happen to Pinal County children in a long time. I have heard one horror story after another about this woman in addition to my own awful experience. Samantha makes friends with certain family law attorneys and does favors. She ruled AGAINST the recommendation of the court ordered psychiatrist and against the Gulf ones that the law had set. She granted out of state custody of my daughter to her father after he established paternity 3months shy of her 18th birthday. He was absent for 17 years, knew nothing about her medical or mental health care, had no children and no experience and was granted custody because of who his attorney was. Matioli and Elledge love to help each other out and it's shameful.
Samantha Sue Elledge was the worst thing to happen to my emergency custody case. She was appointed by our judge. Elledge told my children they were lying about physical abuse by their father even though he was convicted of the exact crimes they told her about. She told our judge that dad should have unsupervised visitation even with DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND ASSAULT CONVICTIONS FOR HITTING MY CHILDREN. This goes against Arizona state statute. We are currently in court AGAIN less than 2 years because he held my children hostage and caused $1100 in property damage and is charged with MORE domestic violence. All because Samantha Sue Elledge called myself and my children liars. You do not want her on your case if there is domestic violence involved. What a disgrace to everyone involved.
