Very knowledgeable in the area of trusts. On a personal level, easy to deal with, but sometimes not as familiar with our situation as I'd expect him to be...probably not unusual, given we see him only once every 18-24 months, when we need to update our trust documents. And the fees charged seem high to us.

Expensive for a very small estate. Feel they should have advised client to just make a will.
