Hired Attorney Marlon Branham

This company will take your money and stop replying. The lawyer went on vacation and had me deal with his “partner” who is very much incompetent. I had to explain to him several times different aspect of my case that he should’ve been well versed prior to speaking with me. Also he kept stating that he doesn’t know Arizona law as he studied in California and could only give advice on California laws. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hired Attorney Marlon Branham

Marlon presents himself as willing to negotiate, but his true tactic seems to be constantly changing his position every five minutes, likely aiming to exhaust your resources. He employs questionable methods, such as relying on independent paralegals unfamiliar with the case to handle the work. His unprofessional behavior includes shouting across parking lots at other attorneys, further demonstrating his lack of decorum. Overall, his approach comes across as highly unethical and untrustworthy.

Hired Attorney Marlon Branham

I pray any individual seeking law/attorney services is blessed with the discernment to steer completely clear from Branham law firm. This attorney maintained minimal communication then completely stopped communicating. Overbilled/overcharged for work not done and services not provided. Forged my name on several documents without my permission, nor did attorney notify or communicate that he signed any document on my behalf.The amount of funds embezzeled from my case is sickening. He has a high paralegal turnover rate. Requested case file documents for over 8mo with no response. He prefers phone calls so he can verbally manipulate you and speak in an aggressive tone and attack you. Has stated several times he does not do email or text he does not like to leave a paper trail. I am disgusted at the fraud, dishonesty,lack of representation and legal malpractice. Please do your research before you Hire an attorney. Follow your intuition. Save your time and money. Protect yourself.
