Attorney Experience
Jason B. Castle is a highly capable professional and the managing attorney at Castle Law in Mesa, Arizona. He focuses his practice on complex family law issues, including divorce, child support, parenting time, and cases involving high conflict or complex assets.
Mr. Castle started his professional career as a criminal trial lawyer with the City of Phoenix Prosecutor's Office, arguing cases before juries and judges. He switched to family law in 2005 and has since resolved a broad range of matters, from easy to challenging. With more than 20 years of experience, he has handled numerous high-conflict custody matters, including accusations of sexual, emotional or physical abuse.
A 1997 B.A. graduate of Indiana University, Mr. Castle secured his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Arizona since 2003.
Social Work Experience
Before becoming an attorney, Jason obtained his master’s degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati and worked as a social worker for "at risk" children. Through his education and professional experience, he developed a useful and comprehensive understanding of child development and the law, both of which powerfully inform his practice as a family law attorney to this day. He leverages his social work experience in his current family law practice to help families navigate the non-legal aspects of such circumstances.
