Hired Attorney

Information was sent to him in July of this year to release a garnishment before it started do to the client paying this in full on 07/13/2017. It is now December and the garnishment has not been lifted and monies is still being taken out of the clients check. The court and Midland funding has sent to have this released but Mr. Burris will not reply.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
