Jim is an even-tempered commonsense pragmatist, so his manner embraces respect & wise action. Jim has a sharp eye for detail, adding weight to his recommendations. He is quite effective in adversarial negotiations and suggesting options. I am grateful to have Jim representing me when a nationwide business turned its 8-lawyer team on me with trickster calls, false allegations & nuisance suits. Their client struck me from behind while stopped in traffic on my motorcycle injuring me.
