At first I was sceptical of how well we be represented because of Mr. Laufenberg's casual 1st impression. But the results thus far have been great.
In my opinion Mr. Laufenberg is just another lawyer trying to make a dollar and if you bother him to much he wants you to know that you have run out of your up front money and that you owe more and if it the case goes to trial you owe even more. Well I knew the trial part. I think it is kind of silly to get charged 250.00 for an e mail but I guess they can get away with it and then just tell you to pay more or go find someone else. Exactly what is happening to me. Gotta love lawyers!
He wouldn't tell me what he was planning he would just say he was trying to keep me from going to prison for 2 years. As it turns out he was doing the same thing that failed the first time he tried and continued doing it over and over until he spent the $5500 retainer. That's called over billing
'Laughenburg' represented me in a criminal case many years ago. He gave evidence to the DA after conducting an investigation without my knowledge. I found out about that evidence in court, when the DA spoke on it. If you are looking for someone to represent you, you should look elsewhere. This guy represents the state.
