I called the law office and they responded very quickly to my needs. And explaining to me every detail.
I hired Mr. Denson, paid his full fee up front, and was assured no additional costs would be required. After he returned from a family vacation, his office manager (wife) informed me that unless I paid an additional $1,000, they would withdraw from my case. I reminded her that I had already paid in full and had never been told of any fee increase. Mr. Denson then withdrew by email, citing personal reasons about balancing work and home life, all while failing to provide a detailed bill for the money already paid. This conduct left me without counsel and forced me to continue my case pro se — I cannot recommend him to anyone seeking dependable legal representation.
Attorney Denson repeatedly showed up for court unprepared and did not do what he said he would do. He would claim he was going to subpoena witnesses and experts before taking my money, then would not. He even pretended he was sick once as we waited all day and were not seen by the judge. I flew my family from Florida only to be told to come back in a month. After 2 years, my case digressed significantly under his "services." I had to hire another attorney. Now, attorney Denson will not return my 2nd retainer of $5k that he never earned. He really did not earn the first retainer but gave me an invoice of phone calls and emails amounting to $3k. He will not answer emails nor calls. He is also a pastor which I believe he dedicates far more time towards. Do not get suckered by this hustler, you will be forced to find someone professional.
