Complete nightmare to deal with. Wrote a completely incompetent custody decree for my wife that cant even be enforced by the Prosecutors office. When my step daughter was kidnapped by her father for a week and we sought charges both the Sheriffs and Canyon County Prosecutor said an idiot must have written this because its so confusing we cant even file charges to enforce it. In our opinion he had zero concern for his clients and only wants to run up your bill. If you hire him check every bill with a fine tooth comb because he charges for hours of time not worked them says oh im sorry that should be .3 hours not 3 hours i will immediately refund the error. Dont hold your breath he never credited his Error/ theft and then dropped me as a client when called out for the fraudulent billing.
