Hands down the worst attorney experience I could have had. It started with my phone consultation. Jacobson said he would hit my ex so fast with papers that before she even knew what was going on, she'd sign them and we'd win the case. He assured me he would take care of my case. Several thousand dollars later, I lost my entire 401K, lost most of the time with my kids and was never on the offense. More times than not, I had to get updates from the courts website and ask for my attorney to let me know what was going on. In the end, I lost almost everything and my ex got everything she asked for. This law firm only cares about the money. Not the client! Save yourself the stress and years of debt. Divorce is already hard enough. Don't use this law firm.
This has been the worst experience he took my case but did not fight for my wants as a client he continued to give the other party more and more and when he was challenged on why he was fighting for them and his tactics agreeing to things I did not agree too he lost his composure during trial. I fired him after his poor skills as a lawyer were apparent and 3 years later without ever getting a bill he placed my account in collections. I later fought a case on behalf of another an won with not attorney help. His lack of ability and confidence and communication organization (he missed my mandatory disclosures) his lack of knowledge and professional behavior I hesitate to even give a star and I would never recommend him.
