My first experience with a personal injury attorney. John and his team exceeded my expectations on an injury vehicle crash: they fully handled my medical billing, coordination with both insurance companies, and assisted with developing a solid claim. The initial demand was settled at ask without negotiation, significantly higher than either John or I thought reasonable. I attribute this to the professional and fully honest demand letter. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Hired Attorney Kurt Holzer

Our attorney referred us to Kurt Holzer for a personal injury claim. We were in an accident where my wife sustained severe injuries. This was complicated by the fact that she was partially disabled prior to the accident. Kurt and his team did a wonderful job for us. Kurt was exceptionally good at communicating and explaining the process to us. He understood the impact that this had on our lives and treated us with compassion. We were very pleased with the outcome and give Kurt our highest praise as both a gentleman and as an excellent attorney.

I had a difficult (medically) accident resulting from someone else's negligence. I personally did not think of legal action but on urging by adult children we consulted with Kurt. He was very patient in explaining what could be done and taking us step by step through the process to a very successful outcome. I appreciated especially his level of integrity and professionalism while using his skill and contacts to create a very successful outcome. What a blessing. Thanks

I was involved in an accident that left me with a broken pelvis, ulna, and radius. I had to undergo extensive surgery and was out of work on unpaid leave for three months. I was so worried about my medical bills that seemed to continue to pile up. That’s when I reached out to Kurt Holzer. He and his team are truly amazing.
