She was disorganized and scatterbrained at times. When we first entered her office, my wife and I sat there waiting for her. She told us that the conference room was a mess with files everywhere so we had to meet in her office which was also a mess. Not a good first impression. She blamed the mess on a lack of space. She got the closing done and that's all we cared about. She just made it difficult at times for us.
