Do not feel that follow up was strong. Also fees were too high for services I required.
Very difficult to work with Karen and her team. There were a lot of undisclosed expenses that I was charged. The team's communication over this situation was very poor, and the team was difficult to understand. Overall, this law office was not helpful at all. I would not recommend using this law firm.
I visited Mrs Spinardi to update a former living trust written quite a few years before. She explained problems with the former trust and provided excellent guidance on replacing it with one that is functional and would cover my additions since. She accepted questions at our meetings and over the one. Her charges were very fair and, I'm sure, allowed for my numerous questions. The staff was congenial and helpful. I am very pleased with the resulting document and would recommend the Office of Karen Spinardi to anyone seeking this type of service.
