This firm and its lawyers do not care for their clients at all. They take months to reply to emails. They constantly give unacceptable excuses (fracture, sick, computer broke down, assistant is away, the list goes on). The management are equally uninterested. They have still not closed a rather straightforward probate matter (no family except me, no debt, no house etc. Just an 401k and some savings) and it’s been nearly 5 years with no end in sight. Save yourself some trouble and go to some other firm.
