Working with Ms. Royal was the greatest experience. We were in court as bystanders waiting for his case to be called we briefly had a chance to watch this angel at work in her element. The way she handled her client and the overall presence she had in that court room that day we knew we needed her. A compassionate, soft spoken, but powerful woman who was sharp. We needed her we approached her she gave us her card. Later we called her, she agreed to show up to court for us. We couldn’t believe it! She seen the case & lack of sufficient counsel when she arrived. She at that moment took us aside had my husband sign a contract. Not a dime paid yet! Let us make payments!! Although busy with much bigger cases she made herself available to help. A goddess! She is a lawyer for the little people, those strapped for cash, especially those who are held down by the system, looking for a hand up not a hand out to those who truly need help all I can is I highly recommend her! Don’t hesitate call her
I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. Her compassion alone carried my case. Even when I gave up and wanted to quit she didn't. We retained Ms. Royal to fight a criminal case. After 2.5 years my son came home and his charges were dismissed. My family is still greatful.
Over Promissed, Under Delivered, complaints poor response time, unable to reach on the phone, did not visit her client to give updates. She told us was if there is update i will let you know, 3 months she sat on my sons life case, after having the file for 3 months did not go to sit with my son to discuss defense, when I challenged her in her verbal commitment at time of hire which is she will see my son weekly, to now being over a month with nothing. She tells me, I don't tap dance for anyone. I won't go there to just make him feel good. What, we paid $56,000, it felt like we were begging for her to work on the case, rather than a service. Now that we have let her go, I am still waiting on the accounting, which we requested 4/28, now 5/10 still nothing. I hope that she will be honest in her billing, for this was worst service i have had. We hired a new attorney, already can tell in just 1 week what a true professional feels like. Thank God we had the money to hire another
I retained Ms. Royal Bond for a wrongful death, elder financial abuse, and medical malpractice suit on a contingency basis. Her performance has been extremely disappointing. She failed to properly dismiss a probate case, resulting in unnecessary costs and delays. Despite promises to file a motion to dismiss, she never did. In another case, she mishandled a related complaint, leading to a stay of proceedings due to her failure to transfer the probate case first. Her repeated requests for additional funds and retainers contradicted our contingency agreement. In the third case, she vacated a demurrer under pressure without adequate explanation. Her court appearances were marked by unpreparedness and indecisiveness, causing further delays. Communication was abysmal, with incomplete documents provided after numerous requests. Additionally, she began representing another party without a retainer agreement or conflict waiver, raising serious ethical concerns.
