I talked with Mr. Black on the phone about a loan modification and if I should sign something that said I would only have to make 3 smaller payments and then the 4th month would be $25,000.00, which the loan people told me (over the phone) not to pay attention to that and I would not have to come up with $25,000.00. Mr. Black told me not to sign anything and he was right. We talked for about 20 minutes and he did not charge me anything. Great service!
