Mr. Wener does not need to claim to help veterans. When he finally called me back 1 whole month later, he was rude and abrupt, only wanting to ask the "check the box' questions rather than actually listen to me. Then he proceded to ask irrelevant questions that had clearly indicated his incompetence in VA policy and regulations. I was baffled. There is no way he should advertise as a lawyer for VA matters. He needs to become familiar with 38 CFR and basic fundamental procedures, like Character of Discharge reviews. ZERO STARS.
If this is Andrew Wener firm avoid AT ALL COSTS. LAZY, RUDE, UNRESPONSIVE...I have never dealt with an attorney so lazy and arrogant. If you have a workers comp case PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRM. ANDREW WENER IS HORRIBLE.
