Hired Attorney

Working with Ursula and the team at preferred title has been living hell. They don’t communicate, they order the wrong payoff from the IRS originally $4,300 then they admit they ordered the wrong one and it comes closer to $30k. they’ve taken 3 months to close a simple real estate deal that they keep lying about the closing date, they answer my calls then when they realize it’s me they hang up, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and have no idea of true real estate law. They made everyone unhappy in this transaction.
