Andrew Todd is an associate in the firm’s Memphis office. A native of East Texas, Andrew completed his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University and his law degree at the University of Mississippi, graduating magna cum laude from both. While in law school, Andrew was the Outreach Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review and as Chair of the Ole Miss Law chapter of the Federalist Society.
Before entering private practice, Andrew served as a federal judicial law clerk in the Western District of Tennessee in Memphis as well as the Southern District of Mississippi in Natchez. Thanks to his experience clerking, Andrew has hands-on experience in a wide variety of fields including constitutional law, products liability, medical malpractice, and federal criminal law. Prior to attending law school, Andrew worked as a legislative aide in the Texas House of Representatives, where he regularly reviewed and analyzed proposed legislation.
