With twenty years of legal experience in complex family law litigation and an active appellate practice, Rachael is exactly the attorney you want on your side. Rachael was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from the University School of Nashville, attended Boston University, and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science. Rachael received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis. While in law school, Rachael clerked for Judge Hamilton Gayden, Circuit Court Judge of Davidson County. Rachael practiced for nine years in a small firm before she started her own law practice in 2010. She has grown the practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi, with her primary focus on family law and civil litigation in both state and federal court. Rachael has also developed an active appellate practice.
She is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi. She is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Appellate Court, Tennessee Supreme Court, and the Appellate and Supreme Court of Mississippi, the United States District Court of the Western Section of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western Section of Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, United States Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
