Hired Attorney

Mr. Counce was able to assist me and made me feel comfortable with the arrangements that he was able to make for me to repay all my debts and re-establish my credit when two other lawyers I had visited were not. He took the time to listen to my problems then methodically came to a livable solution for me.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Counce's manner was a bit brash. The service also seemed to be based on a high-volume, cookie-cutter approach. I had a couple of items that were out of the ordinary, and one of them ended up not being included properly in the notifications. Also, when I needed a couple of documents after the BK had concluded, I was charged $50 plus the cost of copies, which seemed exorbitant.
