Mozella Terry Ross

Mozella Ross is one of the best Atty’s in Memphis she’s kind, compassionate and understanding of women’s issues and concerned for the children and entire family she represents. She’s responsive, affordable and communicates throughout the case to ALLOW her client to feel a part of the legal process. Not only did she win my case but she cleared my name and stopped me from being abused from My ex who works for the justice system, and was abusing his authority to make me and my child’s life miserable.

One word would describe this so-call lawyer and that is “terrible”. She is a joke as a lawyer. She will not represent her client as a lawyer should, she does not know how to professionally fight for her client. She is mean, hateful, snaps at her clients and even her own secretary quit because of her hostile treatment. I would recommend Prince Mongo before I have her to ever represent me again. Total rip off as a lawyer.

She is the worst attorney in Memphis. She represented me during my divorce & did a lousy job. I would’ve done better anybody represent me. I wonder who gave her a law degree because they must have been on drugs. She is mean, never prepared, easily filled with frustration and her legal knowledge is pitiful. She is definitely not in the profession of being a lawyer. If she’s a lawyer then Joe Biden is 20 years old. Don’t waste your mind, your time or your money because she will indeed not fight for you & O put that on everything. If I’m lying may the good Lord strike me dead right now & I’m still alive.

Does not have staff, her own secretary quick due to Mozella’s verbal abuse & hostile work environment. 2. She talks crazy to her clients. You know how you pay a lawyer & then they get comfortable talking to you like a child…..she does that. 3. She is not organized at all. 4. She panic, flustered & confused in court & you will lose or be embarrassed & made at yourself for hiring her. 5. She does not know how to fight for you & strategically help you win. 6. She is simply too unavailable (personal issues, job laxness & unprofessional). 7. Exercises mental & verbal abuse to her clients. She ran for judge & lost; people know how she operates. 8. I was a client of hers & I have 1st hand experience with her. 9. She wasted my time & had my case dragged on purpose.

I would not recommend her I did 11months and 29 days because she was not sufficient enough to speak up nor talk to or call any of my witnesses. She seems more like a white man flunky. I was not even guilty of my charge but because of her incompetent I had to take the blame. She would not listen to me or investigate. She only went by what was said. Not a good lawyer you are innocent until proven guilty with her you are guilty no matter what.

Mozella Ross is not a good attorney. Please allow me to explain. She will not represent you in the best light as your attorney. She is always late for courts & at the time of my dealings with her sometimes I (and several others) wondered does she really have a law degree. In the court room she is not confident & sure of herself; which can come across as poor legal knowledge skills. She acted as if she was defending my spouse instead of me. 1. During 2018 she did not have a secretary therefore making me wait for days to get a return phone call back. (Oh she didn’t mind taking my money but I caught hell getting her to call me back & to represent me better than what she was doing). 2. She is quick to get anxious, confused & flushed in courts and it shows. There were times when she yelled at me, there were times she’d be so consumed with her personal problems that she would lash out at me. 3. She is disrespectful to her clients & I became embarrassed that I hired her.

Extremely rude, never return calls and court presence horrible. Somebody take her license now. Please avoid at all cost.

Beware of this Attorney. She would rather argue with her clients than prepare for trail. The prosecutors have no respect for her because she is unprepared, unfocused and unprofessional. Plus her hair is extremely nappy. She received discovery evidence for my trial and after a month she still hadn't read it. She is unprepared and not knowledgeable. She didn't even know the procedure to obtain the preliminary hearing evidence. Do not choose this attorney. I rate her a -100.

I hired her for a contempt case of child support. I have custody and have not received support. Ms. Ross never addressed the issues that was of concern to me, for instance she refused to order subpoena for the income of my ex, then i waited two months for her to get me a court date. she refused to go before the judge to get a trail date so i fired her.
