Miles Mason Family Law Group, PLC is a law firm established in 2010 with an office in Memphis, TN. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing family law, divorce, annulment and 29 other areas of law.
Miles Mason Law Firm. This is lengthy but please read to the end. When my son decided to file for divorce, he did his research and hired Joseph Smith with the Miles Mason law firm. They were the most expensive but we thought, you get what you pay for. Plus, reviews were glowing. He told my son to lower his expectations and take what he could get. He also seemed afraid to take the case to court. My husband went to the final mediation with my son and the two of them were able to negotiate and come up with resolution to the sticking points. However, when my son got the final paperwork, there were items agreed by both parties in mediation, that were not in the paperwork. Mr. Smith did not respond to my son’s attempts to contact him. My husband had to physically go to the office and request that Mr. Smith contact our son. When questioned, Mr. Smith had little recall of what was said in mediation and the paperwork did not reflect all the items agreed upon. Would not recommend this firm.
