Resolved favorably by selling property to national bank tenant; In re Allstate Financial, Inc., Lead counsel for Chapter 7 Trustee in litigation to avoid transfers made by Debtor engaged in Ponzi scheme. Resolved favorably with settlements with defendants; In re Creative Foods, LLC Lead debtor's counsel in Chapter 11 case of contract manufacturer and co-packer of consumer food products.
