This person has harassed me to no end has made phone calls to me, sent process servers to my home, now letters. I am not the person they are looking for. Obivisouly they cannot do reseach and tell the age difference of the person they are trying to locate. I have given them the correct persons phone number and they still continue to harass me. Sad and a poor business to deal with. I quess they think they are above consumer laws.
I admit that I had an outstanding debt. However, when the balance was paid twice, they are unable to locate the duplicate payment--even though that I have proof that it has been cashed. Now the fax machine doesn't work and I will have to call back another day to fax the information. How could there be no receipt of a second payment when I have proof that it was cashed and cleared the back when it clearly when to the address listed on the statement that I received of PO Box 188 Brentwood?
