Mr. Becker and all of those at his firm were fantastic in responding to my calls and emails. Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion and I was always kept up to date with everything that was going on. I would not hesitate recommending his firm to anyone.

I am very disappointed in the professionalism of this group. Use at your own risk. Keep track of your payments and charges.

Did not like services! Does not reply back as expected and did not meet expectations! Had different staff members working on case with little knowledge and was charged multiple times for redoing the same process.

I reached out to the Becker Law firm back in June and, as per the email response, paid a $100 consultation fee and scheduled a meeting in July. After the meeting, I agreed to hire them for a simple family mediation case for $1200. I told Misty Becker that I would have to pay in installments, as I school was starting back up and I'd need to be able to take care of my middle schooler's supplies and clothes. She informed me that as long as the payments were made within 30 days, I'd be fine. I made sure that I made the deadline and waited for a response. When August rolled around, I was concerned, and reached out to see what progress was made. Ms. Becker seemed to consistently have issues with her email and, after the 2nd month, I was told that I never finished my final payment. After multiple attempts to send her information proving I'd paid, she stopped contact after 2 months. I ended up getting a refund and will never contact them for services again! Poor professionalism all around!

Would not recommend under no circumstances. Not responsive and had to tell them the same information multiple times in which they charged each time. Very bad customer service but they will send you a bill on time every month. We hired them but it felt as if they were working for our opponent. Please do your research and find someone else!

Took my money, took my case, then nothing. A couple of emails and then communication stopped. Called to check on my case and conveniently they couldn't find my file. Be warned!

Required me to pay up front. Made EXTREME errors in the one letter he sent. Refused to answer my telephone calls, emails or even my personal visit to his office. Missed deadlines for filing reply and also for answering company's attorney on my retirement. Was always unavailable after preliminary contact and my payment to him. Never heard from him again and this resulted in the EEOC closing the case and resulted in my employer punishing me for filing by reducing my retirement payout by 75%!!
