Absolutely horrendous. Ed Autrey is a con man. My father died 5 years ago without a will. Ed helped my mother immensely with his estate, and even waved some of her fees. She hired Ed to draw up her will and named him as executor. He drafted a will that waved our rights as beneficiaries. He is using this will as an instrument of profit for himself, and is putting us as beneficiaries through a protracted, painful and stressful process in order to pad the bill with hours spent. My mother died in October. No Letters of Testamentary were obtained until mid-June. They've lost documents, then accused us of bringing in color copies of the same documents, because all they could find were the copies they made of said documents. It took them 6 months to transfer a vehicle title after cashing the check. We have been told there are 100s of emails pertaining to the sale of her house. 100s!! At $140/15 minute read. The effect this has on grieving...save your loved ones pain. Do not use this firm.
