Prior to joining Moskovitz, McGhee, Brown, Cohen & Moore, Gray Bartlett practiced for 17 years with Ballin, Ballin & Fishman, PC. Mr. Bartlett’s practice areas include criminal defense, asset forfeiture and federal criminal law. He is licensed in the State of Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. In addition, he is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Bartlett earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in political science and went on to earn his juris doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Hired Attorney

I hired attorney Gray Bartlett to take care of a case for me, and he exceeded my expectations. This wasn’t the first time I hired him, and he’s literally the best attorney in Memphis, TN. Hired Attorney

Gray Bartlett did a fantastic job defending me. I was facing 3 felonies and I end up with 0 on my record. I’m very pleased with his work, and so happy with the outcome. I had to put some work in as well but definitely all worth it, 1 yr of diversion with monthly drug test, some MRT and seize fire classes, and rehab. Now I’m off diversion and my record is clean and I have 18 months of clean time and my whole life ahead of me. I’m very grateful and thankful for Gray Bartlett.
