This has to be by far the worst attorney ever, he simply does not answer calls he's nowhere to be found. I wish they would just dis bar him already. He has missed about 17 court dates of mines. Leaving me basically with no attorney after he's been fully hired. I should have looked at all the horrible reviews first before hiring him. And if you ever get him on the phone he will pretend as if he knows who he's speaking to and then he hangs up in your face what a joke
I paid Mr. Fitzgearld to get a restricted drivers license order for me which he did but when I sent it to the Department of Safety they sent me a letter saying the order needed the court stamp and seal. So contacted Mr. Fitzgearld and ask him to go back court and get the order stamped and seal in which he said he would but he stopped answering my phone calls and texts. So after a week of calling and texting him and getting no response I decided to go to the Criminal justice center to seek another lawyer to handle my business. I see him and ask him what happen and he told me oh yeah your papers are on my desk! With this non caring attitude I would advise anyone not to use Mr. Fitzgerald for any legal matters because it seems he's been at 201 poplar screwing people for so long that he just don't care how he does his clients. I think it real sad that he's the father of a newly elected judge and walks around down at 201 making her name look bad!! I will say his daughter is not like him!SAD
I highly do not recommend Mr.Fitzgerald took my full payment in 2018 and forgot to take my divorce paperwork to the judge to sign so my divorce wasn’t finalized. He want answer the phone and his office is always closed so unprofessional they need to shut him down such a fraud.
