Hired Attorney John Bobango

Mr. Bobango is costing my deceased husband's estate thousands of dollars in legal fees due to him providing advice to a corporation to not re-issue a stock certificate in both our names as my beloved husband asked it to be issued. Since the corporation was being acquired he told them to hold off on re-issuing the certificate in both our names as my deceased husband requested until after the acquisition was completed. This request was told to me by my husband and confirmed to me by the HR department of the original corporation. Before the acquisition took place my husband passed away unexpectedly. The result is the stock is having to go thru probate which requires me to hire an attorney and pay legal fees out of the estate. If Mr. Bobango had provided the correct guidance of re-issue the stock certificate in the names as the client requested probate would have been avoided and the stock would have transferred as my husband intended.
