I am very happy with Darrell Castle & Associates and their services they give. I have had 3 bankruptcy ; last 2 have been with them because of their commitment to help people life get better. They make me feel comfortable and at ease talking about my situation. They are great!
David Lumb is very professional and confident. I feel I having nothing to worry about as far as getting what I deserve as a victim of a hit and run accident.
This attorney was very nice and respectful. He knows the law. He was very helpful.
Everyone in this office is very professional and courteous. They made a complicated process easy to understand and work through.
Service has been excellent until now. New laws have been passed recently that allows a consumer to discard their 2nd mortgage if the value of the home is less than the balance of both mortgages. The law firm does not seem to be totally versed on how to do this.
I paid a non-refundable $50 fee for starting a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was incapable of paying the entirety of the costs to file and was informed that " No further action or effort" would be made until they received the full amount. That is certainly fair; however, my financial situation worsened leaving me homeless. They withdrew $300 from my account towards the filing total. I also have no issues with that. What was hurtful is knowing that $300 was not for services rendered and in place of I and could have just as well not paid another dime until I could raise the additional funds needed; when I reached out multiple times requesting a refund due to my need to cancel the filing due to being homeless, I was shown zero concern or compassion and refused. Refused a refund not for services rendered, but for making a payment towards future possible filing. I no longer wanted to file, and they had done nothing for that $300, but that was not important. My being homeless was no important.
