About Charles S. Mitchell

Charles S. Mitchell is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on Federal and Civil Litigation; Criminal Defense; Family Law; and white-collar matters including tax fraud, protected computer intrusions, and matters before the SEC. He has been admitted to all courts of the state of Tennessee; U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Mitchell is a 1993 graduate of Rhodes College, with a B.A. in History. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2003. His law school honors include University of Memphis Law Review membership, 2001-2003, and American Jurisprudence Awards (Contracts), 2001.
