Hired Attorney

Knowledgeable but I agree creates problems just to make money. Doesn’t maintain confidentiality especially if it means big bus for him. I do NOT recommend him. He is not ethical or compassionate toward clients.

Hired Attorney

Represented my HOA. Cost the HOA thousands of dollars defending homeowner lawsuit brought on by his actions. He creates legal work that cost HOAs money. I consider him unethical although he works within the law to get results for an HOA. It costs the HOA and puts money in his pocket. He does it by pitting himeowners and HOA officers.
