Great person always returned my calls. Peter fought hard for me, the only complaint I have was that he always made it seem like things were going to take much less time then they actually did.
Dragged my case out for months during covid. It's ironic how interested he was in my case in the very beginning and then blew me off telling me about babies dying in the hospital I had an issue with and/or other hospitals. Basically telling me he has bigger fish to fry. He stopped answering me for a month or two until I wrote him a detailed email threatening to report him to the bar association. Instead of calling me up and addressing the issues I had he decided to drop me like a hot potato, while also apologizing to me. Mailed me back all my paperwork but I couldn't get the year or so back I had invested in him. He used to represent hospitals and I feel he still does in some on the table way. I didn't know it at the time but he frequently visits my area I found out and basically rubs noses with all the people I was trying to get a settlement with. Very unprofessional in my book he shouldn't have took my case in the first place.
