Christopher C. Bragoli, Esq., is the owner and founder of Bragoli & Associates, P.C. His passion for helping injured accident victims rebuild their lives and obtain compensation after devastating incidents prompted him to establish Bragoli & Associates, P.C. in 1999.Chris’ compassion, dedication and personal service to his clients have allowed him to successfully litigate and resolve complex labor law, premise liability and motor vehicle accident cases, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his injured clients. With his ‘hands on’ approach to handling each case, clients view Chris as their confidant, trusted advisor, and problem solver.
Chris has also earned the respect of his adversaries and colleagues, with his commitment to clients and unparalleled work ethic, preparing each case as if it is the only one in the firm. Many of his cases have been published in the widely renowned “New York Law Journal” and the “New York Jury Verdict Reporter”. He has also been recognized by the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates forum. Chris was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He attended college at the University of Maryland and then earned his law degree, with Honors, from Touro Law School. He is currently admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York. Chris is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Chris is a devoted supporter of many charities, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Christmas Magic, the Breast Cancer Society, the Big Tom Marine Memorial Toy Drive and the American Cancer Society.
