Mr. Robert E McCall

Mr McCall and his staff were gracious, accommodating, very friendly without being overt and generally exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a lawyer for Social Security Disability.

He was/is an excellent lawyer.

These people are real good people. My problem is they are so laid back I often feel like I don't matter. They have no sense of urgency and that may be a good thing, but, I feel what's important to me may not be so important to them - they always seem to have so much on their plates - and I always feel like I'm next. Eventually things are handled but you may not even be told, coz' they just don't take the time to tell you. They have helped us a lot! Just in a different way than I would do it.

He is a liar and was sanctioned for exactly that, though he blamed it upon his then secretary. His wife runs the office and called me horrible names, of which was recorded by me.
He does not order complete medical records (it costs money), and will lie to you in order to avoid you.

I had him for a Attorney for 3yrs and after 3yrs he said that his paralegal forgot to put me in for my 2nd denial so 3yrs was washed down the toilet he waisted 3 yrs of me life. This happened 2007 to 2010, and I found out from the social security that I was not the only one, he did it to some else too!!!!!!
