I found Brad who read the denial and in 1 minute said " I will get this denial thrown out and we should win the case" . He said the judge used the wrong pain scale and applied something else incorrectly as well and cited the court cases! He explained the best way to win a SS disability case including getting a SS Disability Evaluation by a Dr. Then Brad writes a brief for the SS Judge using the SS Eval and the Dr reports in your favor into a concise Document. Brad is a walking encyclopedia on Supreme Court cases and how they apply to SS disability. He got my Denial case thrown out based on what he said and won my case. My case was especially hard due to a stupid biased SS judge, corrupt insurance Dr's underestimating damage and costs and previous Denial. Brad is the Best.
