Joseph S. Klein was born and raised in Long Island, NY and moved to Florida in 2008. In 2005, he graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in Business Management and another in Political Science.
After college, Joseph entered into the financial industry where he quickly achieved great success while working at several banks throughout the years. During this time Joseph held several management positions and interacted with clients and employees on a daily basis. It was Joseph’s attention to detail, high expectations, and unstoppable work ethic that earned him many accolades for his sales and leadership skills.
While Joseph felt a deep connection to the financial industry, it was always his dream since childhood to attend law school and in 2009 he did just that. While working fulltime at PNC Bank, Joseph attended the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical School’s College of Law. After graduating and passing the Florida Bar in 2013, Joseph established the law firm DKN Legal, PLLC with his partners Renee Dial and Jeffrey Nuckols. The firm is now comprised of five attorneys and handles several practices areas of which Joseph predominantly practices Estate Planning and Personal Injury Law.
With Joseph’s extensive financial knowledge, he has quickly achieved success in his Estate Planning practice. For years in banking Joseph saw the negative impacts of poorly drafted estate plans and the heartache it causes families. It’s this experience that has become the driving force behind Joseph’s approach to Estate Planning. His primary goal is to ensure you rest peacefully knowing that your estate will properly be settled and to foster harmony among your beneficiaries. Joseph truly understands what it means to take care of clients and put their needs ahead of his own.
With Joseph’s practice of Personal Injury law, his foremost concern is that of his client’s health and wellbeing. His firm has established many relationships with health practitioners, which in turn helps his clients quickly attend to their injuries. It is out of his concern and care of his clients that Joseph diligently works every case, no matter how big or small, to achieve results as quickly and efficiently as possible to lesson his client’s pain and suffering.
When not working Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen and two children, Dorinda and Joey. He and his family love to travel and frequently visit Disney World, where he and his wife were married in 2009.
