I had no problem with Mr Slonim when I contracted him to re-write a proper Power of Attorney for my Mother when I took over her care for the last 4 years of her life It was complete and efficiently carried out The problem occurred when my Mother deceased My youngest brother was excitor to the will and this document was vague and covered under another attorney. When my Mother was dying he contacted his attorney for will and they asked Mr Slonim to handle excitor of will He accepted Unethical?
