Hired Attorney

Upon being represented by another attorney for nearly a year, mid-case, I was forced to terminate her and hire Chuck Dorfman. *I preface this information to display that my "divorce experience" has allowed me to know the difference in representation. Not only did he absorb himself into the details of my case, he was beyond professional. He paid close attention to every detail, in every topic, (playing "catch up" with former mediation details), to ongoing unfortunate circumstances relating to issues associated with our children. My case resulted in a multi-day trial in Court. Mr. Dorfman negotiated on my behalf to avoid trial, but also stood by the best interests of myself and our children. In trial, he focused on the factual evidence, and presented documentation/evidence that displayed the truth. Personal note, his demeanor has been nothing short of a God send, in the emotional journey that a divorce brings. I highly recommend Charles Dorfman 100%.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Dorfman is professional but approachable. I felt that he genuinely cared about me and the outcome of my case. He was willing to do innovative things such as participate in a collaborative divorce program which would have saved me considerably.
