Anne J. McPhee, J.D., LL.M. concentrates her practice to estate planning, wills, trusts and the administration of trusts and estates. Anne is a member of The Florida Bar. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Political Science. Anne obtained her law degree at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, as well as an LL.M. in Estate Planning at the University of Miami Graduate School of Law. Anne is Past President, serves on the board of directors and a member of the Brevard County Estate Planning Council; serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Brevard; a member of the Health First Foundation Planned Gift Advisory Council; the Brevard County Bar Association; the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar; and was on the Steering Committee for the 11th Annual Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar held at Nova Southeastern University. Anne is also a former Board member for the West Broward Estate Planning Council and the Professional Advisor's Committee for the Community Foundation of Broward County. In addition, Anne frequently lectures on estate planning and probate matters at the request of local financial and accounting firms.
Anne was named by Florida Super Lawyers magazine as one of the Rising Stars in Florida for 2010 and 2011.
