Amazing all around attorney... most attorneys only care about how much they can get money wise from client's, not Vance. He even gave me a discount because I had to change chapter's and refile. He never got paid a dime for the first 13, I only paid for all the filing fees. He gave me discount on the rate for chapter 7, stating he's not greedy and all he wants to do is help people in their time if need, which he did more so for me when things were at my worst. City Utility companies did nothing but shut off utilities because i coundnt make a payment right away.
