John Oberholtzer took on my dissolution case and all went smoothly. It certainly helps when both parties agree to terms of the divorce but Oberholtzer & Filous, L.P.A. stayed in touch with me throughout the process and did a good job advocating for me - making sure my interests were protected. After the divorce was finalized, they helped me with the quit claim deed - so I keep the house.
