I have known David V Gedrock for a number of years, I am fortunate enough to never had to use any lawyer for a trail. Everytime I have had a legal issue come up, I take more matter to David, we will go over what my options will be, what to expect and he explains my next option, he always informed me right up front if he felt like the was the right person to move forward with my issue. On a couple of my issues he did give me a few options on who he felt would be better to represent me on that issue, which I appreciated, didn't care of the reason, just made me feel he was looking out for my best interest.
This guy is an absolute joke he is no court appointed attorney he will not fight for you there were several times that he forgot stuff and walked up to the jury and said oh I forgot where I was going with this and sat back down I had a right questions for him to say I basically had to do his job he says that the prosecutor wouldn't give him any you know information come to find out he accidentally threw a CD and and all this proof that I had all sudden came to light when he said he didn't have nothing stuff that I could have used in the jury trial he got close with my mother talking about his wife and asking my mother a personal questions on what he should do instead of talking about my case The guy thought I was insane and he was going to plead insanity until he realized I was telling the truth this guy is an absolute effing joke beware please please do not get this guy as an attorney that you will if you do you will find out the hard way I did three long years because of this guy!!!
