Great attorney! Handled my case with ease and it was a difficult case. Ms. Gardner puts her whole heart into each case!
Dana got my hopes up for so many false promises during my custody case. She said she could get me sole custody, she told me she could get my child support cut in at least half, she also said the courts would make my ex get a job so I would not be 100% financially responsible for them anymore. She did not help prepare me for my GAL visit, she said I was fine-- even though she had never even seen my house at this point. She also scheduled our consultation at her office/home where she resides and she answered the door with tiny gym shorts and smoking a blunt. She never gave me back the rest of my retainer, and she also never filed the paperwork after trial. She had 3 weeks, and we are past 4 now. The courthouse says this is super rare and had to ask a supervisor about next steps. Was told this could be dismissed at any time, and the whole 9 months and $2500 retainer was for nothing. I told her it needs to be filed by 3/21/2025 by 10am with proof of receipt and she said she cannot do that.
