Hired Attorney Brent Ruther

Brent Ruther successfully represented my siblings and I in a difficult family matter. During the process he kept us informed, explained legal 'stuff' so we could understand, told us what to expect from one step to the next, took the time to answer our questions, and anticipated the opposition's many delaying tactics. In court, Mr. Ruther was outstanding in his professionalism, research, and preparation.

I met with Sara when a friend recommended her to assist in an estate that I was an executor of. Since Sara was easy to work with we hired her for the private sale of our house. Will also be using her services for planning our estate.

She never made me feel that I should just understand all that was going on. She would allow me to take care of the things I could. She would handle all that I couldn't do without taking over.
